Dorn Method Plus

A manual therapy which holds the name of its founder, used to treat back and joint pain as well as other issues caused by improper body posture. Using gentle pressure this method repositions joints and vertebrae into their proper places. Sudden or forceful movements are avoided to prevent any damage to tendons, ligaments, or muscles. A key element in the success of the Dorn Method is the active involvement of the client.

  • Recent back, endoprosthesis, or injury-related surgery
  • Arthrosis of the 4th degree
  • Cancer, especially leukemia and any kind of bone cancer
  • Cauda equina syndrome
  • Child brain paralysis
  • Sclerosis multiplex
  • Borreliosis
  • Acute inflammation
  • Pregnancy
  • Use of muscle relaxants
